Our CSA is subscription based, and each unit is 8 ounces of fresh mushrooms. This is the equivalent of two standard mushroom containers at the super market. Because our environmental mission utilizes oyster mushrooms, each unit will most likely contain a portion of oyster mushrooms. However! Our founder, being a retired chef, is always expanding our gourmet culture library and each unit will also contain a second variety of gourmet mushroom that most people wouldn’t otherwise have access to. This is his way of thanking you for supporting our mission!

Each week the units will contain a different variety. Due to the life cycle of mushrooms, these harvests are planned months in advance and can not be changed.

* Our fresh mushrooms are sold for local pick up only and must be picked up at our CSA location during the advertised times. All of our other products can be delivered anywhere in the lower 48 states!
